1.五花肉冷水下锅,加入白酒,生姜片大火烧开。

2.用筷子扎下去,轻易扎下去,说明已经煮好了。

3.捞出,用厨房纸擦出多余水份,这一步不能少,因为等会油炸的时候会溅很多油。

5.入锅,炸至两面偏黄捞出待用。

6.梅干菜提前浸泡,用清水过滤几遍,榨干。
